One of the Bepton Councillors, Shirley Fay, recently went to a meeting to find out more about how to set up an oil syndicate. The main purpose is to group buyers and try to secure discounted oil prices. However, for a small village like Bepton, it would appear to require more organisation and administration than we may be able to muster. And we are aware that some villagers are already members of the Millstream Syndicate, which is based in South Harting.
