We have been told by the SDNPA that the timetable for preparing the West Sussex Minerals Plan has been revised as follows:
Draft Plan consultation (provisionally scheduled): April/May 2016;
Draft Plan to be submitted to the Secretary of State: December 2016/January 2017;
Hearing (examination in public): June 2017;
Adoption by April 2018.
This is considerably later than previously proposed and as set out in the formal planning documents. The Parish Council will be consulted throughout. We shall provide updates on the website as we get them.
